Luxor Live

Capacity

Luxor Live uses several venues for events: the main hall, the upper hall and the basement. According to the official historical source, the small hall has a maximum capacity of 200 people.

History

Luxor Live is housed in a historic building that opened in 1915 as the Luxor-Théâtre, a luxury Art Nouveau-style cinema-theatre. Since its reopening in 2008, the building has served as a pop venue with a distinct programme of live music and nightlife events.

Location

The stage is situated in the centre of Arnhem on Willemsplein, in the immediate vicinity of the station and the city centre. This makes it an urban location with short walking distances in the evening.

Accessibility

Arnhem Central Station is about a two-minute walk away and is the main interchange for trains and buses. Those arriving by car can park at the Centraal car park, which is also about a two-minute walk away. For cyclists, there is a secure bicycle park beneath Arnhem Central Station.

Accommodation

Given its location close to Arnhem Central Station, it makes sense to look for a hotel in or around the centre of Arnhem. Official sources do not mention any on-site hotel facilities.
