De Jungle

History

De Jungle is an events venue situated on the grounds of Paintball Jungle in Wormerveer. The website and events calendar show that the venue is used for parties, performances, festivals and other public events.

Location

The venue is situated in Wormerveer, just behind Wormerveer station, in the Zaanstreek region. It comprises both indoor spaces and a park-like outdoor area, giving it the feel of a multifunctional event venue rather than a traditional club.

Accessibility

It’s very easy to get there by train: you can simply walk straight in from Wormerveer station. If you’re travelling by car, you can park at the station; there are also additional parking spaces nearby. If you’re staying out late, it’s a good idea to check in advance how you’ll be getting home.

Food and drink

The site itself features a grand café, a restaurant, a terrace, a garden and a beer container. This makes the venue ideal for an evening where you don’t want to be entirely reliant on external catering services.

Accommodation

For overnight stays, the wider area around Wormerveer is the most convenient. Due to its location near Amsterdam, there is a wider choice of accommodation in the surrounding area, but no accommodation facilities have been confirmed at the venue itself.
